Psihoselect performs the Recruitment Process for a multinational partner company, specialized in offering services in strategy, technology and operations for the following position: RECRUITMENT TEAM LEADER Location – Cluj-Napoca Responsibilities: Performing end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers, HR and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives; Developing the strategic approach to support all Recruitment and HR initiatives required by the business, establish critical components and timeline, ensuring scope is clearly defined and expectations are articulated to all team members and key stakeholders involved; Providing support and coordinating a team of 5 recruiters; Coordinating recruitment activities for 3 different locations; Understanding recruiting demands and specific skill profiles; Responsible for ongoing performance management including goal setting, measurement and coaching to create a high functioning team environment; Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policy; Implement and further maintain the internship program
