HR Team Leader

Psihoselect performs the Recruitment Process for a multinational partner company, specialized in offering services in strategy, technology and operations for the following position:


Location – Cluj-Napoca


  • Performing end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers, HR and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives;
  • Developing the strategic approach to support all Recruitment and HR initiatives required by the business, establish critical components and timeline, ensuring scope is clearly defined and expectations are articulated to all team members and key stakeholders involved;
  • Providing support and coordinating a team of 5 recruiters;
  • Coordinating recruitment activities for 3 different locations;
  • Understanding recruiting demands and specific skill profiles;
  • Responsible for ongoing performance management including goal setting, measurement and coaching to create a high functioning team environment;
  • Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policy;
  • Implement and further maintain the internship program in relation to operational needs and working with school/universities in the local workforce to understand degrees and programs that suite the company;
  • Conducting and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identifying issues and recommending actions;
  • Developing and prioritize recruiting and sourcing strategies and key recruiting initiatives;
  • Working with other recruiters, operations management or client’s workforce planning teams to understand short- and long-term talent objectives and hiring forecasts for area of responsibility;
  • Represent the team in various meetings and present recruitment statuses and, if needed, raise the identified concerns;
  • Coordinating the assessment center development and application for assessing the candidates;
  • Define and implement Employer Branding initiatives and programs for the local market.



  • Proven experience in a similar position– minimum 3 years in service companies;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • IT field experience is a plus;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Experience in interaction with multiple stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practice;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience with high volume recruitment projects;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset;
  • Analytical skills and data analysis experience;
  • Proactivity, result and client oriented person;
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
