Psihoselect performs the Recruitment Process for a partner company, specialized in electronics production, for the following position:

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Location: Cluj-Napoca

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers;
  • Organize training (send invitations, establish locations);
  • Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary;
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices;
  • Manage external training providers (from the selection of the providers to the closure of the projects);
  • Manage and maintain the internal L&D system, with the accurate data (SAP);
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs using surveys, questionnaires, interviews and by observation, in order to plan future courses or to amend existing ones;
  • Involved in the development projects and company events.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in HR, L&D area: 2+ years’;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively;
  • Dealing with ambiguity and changing priorities;
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly;
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals;
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments;
  • Good knowledge with English language;
  • Good Excel skills.
