HR Responsible


Location – Cluj-Napoca


  • Developing recruiting strategy based on the workforce plans, on the understanding of the labor market and local considerations;
  • Running recruitment, selection and staffing activities;
  • Centralizing monthly payouts for salary calculations;
  • Centralizing holiday requests, obtaining employee records, interviews during the probation period, ad hoc, weekly or other frequent reports;
  • Filling in and management of the Employee Evidence Register (REVISAL);
  • Preparing the personnel file (CIM, job descriptions, documents needed for employment, etc.);
  • Drawing up certificates and other specific documents;
  • Maintaining relationships with other support departments from the company or external bodies.



  • Experience on a similar position;
  • English language – medium level;
  • Bachelor’s degree (HR related field is an advantage);
  • Constitutes an advantage knowledge in REVISAL program;
  • Advantage- Human Resources Inspector Course;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Goal oriented, flexible and creative;
  • Very good organizational skills and prioritization of the activity, focusing on details;
  • Proficient computer skills- Microsoft Office
