HR ManagerPsihoselect performs the Recruitment Process for a national company specialized in sales and distribution, for the following position:


Location: Cluj – Napoca




  • As a HR Manager you’ll need to contribute with other managers to the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business;
  • Organize, coordinate and monitor the characteristic activities of the Human Resources Department;
  • Review and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and practices on HR matters;
  • Work directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on HR matters;
  • Provide leadership and consulting support to management in support of achieving operations objectives;
  • Work with managers to identify staffing needs and ensure adequate staffing to meet volume projections;
  • Develop, facilitate, implement staffing strategies and plans to ensure the right people are in the right positions with the necessary skills to do the job;
  • Obtain and retain competent, empowered, motivated workforce;
  • Track staffing levels/deployment, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, compensation, promotions;
  • Supervise activities relating to the administration of payroll and employee benefit programs, with emphasis on maximizing a cost-effective benefits package;
  • A HR Manager needs to manage the recruitment budgets, training or other project based budgets;
  • Propose and Implement the action required in building and maintaining the brand as employer;
  • Create and propose the evaluation system of employee performance, while managing the information at hand provided by the evaluation processes;
  • Assure that all the HR activities are fulfilling the legal requirements, Internal Regulation and the unit’s Collective Labour Contract;
  • Participate in the Negotiation process of the Collective Labour Contract and/or the additional documentation, while fulfilling the steps needed for registering.



  • Experience 3-5 years in similar position;
  • Minimum 2 years experience in coordinating teams;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related filed;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practice;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Entrepreneurial and growth mindset;
  • Analytical skills and data analysis experience;
  • Proactivity, result and client oriented person;
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
