Psihoselect performs the Recruitment Process for a national Group of companies specialized

in production and distribution, for the following position:

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Location: Cluj – Napoca

 

Role: accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulating the Group’s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives;
  • Actively contribute to the strategic business plans, monitor and direct the implementation;
  • Develop financial and tax strategies;
  • Manage the capital request and budgeting processes;
  • Develop performance measures that support the Group strategic direction;
  • Oversee the Group transaction processing systems;
  • Implement operational best practices;
  • Oversee employee benefit plans, with emphasis on maximizing a cost-effective benefits package;
  • Report financial results to the Group board;
  • Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts;
  • Maintain banking relationships;
  • Coordinate and approve payment policy and actions;
  • Contribute to the investment plan at Group level;
  • Understand and mitigate key elements of the Group risk profile;
  • Monitor all open legal issues involving the Group, and legal issues affecting the industry;
  • Construct and monitor reliable control systems;
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage;
  • Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements;
  • Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies;
  • Report risk issues to the Group board of directors.

 

Requests:

  • 5+ years in senior‐level finance position with deep experience in strategic planning and execution;
  • Exceptional insight to budgeting and cost control principles;
  • Ability and knowledge to analyze financial data, prepare reports, statements, and projections;
  • Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree (MBA, finance or related);
  • Demonstrated supervisory and employee relation skills;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactivity, result and client oriented person;
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
